My recent stay was quite the rollercoaster, to say the least! While the hotel staff, particularly Mrs. Veronica, were incredibly attentive and empathetic, making me feel safe during tough times, the state of the room was far from acceptable. The value was seriously compromised due to cleanliness issues and overall maintenance problems in the room.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. I was given a non-smoking room that clearly had not been properly cleaned and still smelled like smoke, which led to an allergic reaction for me. The amenities in the room were lacking, without even a fridge or microwave. On top of that, the overall environment of the hotel left me feeling uneasy. While the price was low, I expected a lot more for what I paid.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While I did encounter some genuinely friendly staff members, my stay was marred by cleanliness issues in the room and a serious bed bug problem. It's unfortunate because the support I received from the staff was heartwarming, especially during a tough family time. I would be cautious about staying here again due to the unsanitary conditions.
